Mr. B, a firefighter, was a passenger in a fire truck which was t-boned by a dump truck which failed to stop for a stop sign causing the fire truck to overturn. Client sustained injuries to his back requiring surgery and ultimately was placed on permanent light duty. The insurance carrier disputed fault and the severity of the client’s injuries.
